Executive Director

We are looking for a permanent Executive Director to ensure faithful execution of PSS’s Christian mission, strategic direction, organizational health, and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the primary ambassador of the ministry to donors, churches, and community partners. This leader must be both a shepherd and a builder, someone who can provide leadership to staff while creating strong strategic and fundraising initiatives.
