Pregnancy can be overwhelming—and we are here to walk with you.
Our center serves women and their partners in the Durham and Chapel Hill communities with free, confidential services, including pregnancy testing and limited first trimester ultrasounds, as well as parenting education classes and relationship coaching.
We also offer Men’s Coaching, and our trained Client Advocates can assist you with any local resources you need—from childcare and housing options to food subsidies and employment.

At Pregnancy Support Services, we offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can verify your pregnancy with a medical professional and then learn about your choices. We want to empower you to make an informed decision!
As you navigate the variables involved in your pregnancy, we also want to make sure you have the emotional and material support that you need. You do not have to do this alone.
